Overview

• ARTTICON 2025 will be an in-person conference; authors must attend and present at the conference in-person.
• Review the abstract topic categories below.
• Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word or a plain text document.
• Have the names, institutions, and email addresses of all co‐authors readily available.
• The abstract submitter is listed as the first author and presenting author. The primary author cannot be changed after submission.
• Ensure that all authors who contributed to the work are included. Authors’ names should be entered as they would appear in the published abstract.
• All abstracts will be double-blind reviewed for the quality of their educational/theoretical/research content, their adherence to submission guidelines, and their link to the conference theme.
• Authors should indicate the type of submission (paper, poster) on the form and whether they are willing to accept an alternate format.
• Only approved abstracts will be scheduled for presentation and publication. The scientific committee reserves the right to decline abstracts deemed inappropriate.
• Select appropriate category (Oral Paper/Poster or Only Poster).
Be certain your abstract includes all the necessary elements.
• Abstract title
• Introduction and Objective: The introduction should provide context to your reader, an introduction to your topic and its importance, and your study objective, question, or hypothesis, whichever is appropriate.
• Materials and Methods: The materials and methods section should include brief, clear statements of the appropriate methods used to conduct the study. Keep this as straightforward as you can. If the methods were unusual or novel, describe them in slightly more detail.
• Results: A summary of the most important results must be included. Key findings should be clear, concise, and explicit. Include appropriate statistics to support claims of significance.
• Conclusion: The conclusion clearly communicates the take-home message from the study.

Abstract guidelines

• Use a word count of 300 words or less.
• Authors are not permitted to submit an abstract on previously published work unless the abstract represents further progression of the published research.
• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Submitted abstracts must be anonymized.
• Submissions should use a 12 pt font.

Submission Types

• Oral Sessions
  • These face-to-face live sessions are approximately 5 to 10 minutes long, followed by a question period. They can address a range of theoretical, educational, or research-based topics relating to but not limited to the conference theme.
  • The oral presentation must be conducted using Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 or later.
